HWT is one of Australia's leading travel franchises with over 400 outlets in Australia and operations in New Zealand and South Africa. HWT wanted a system to enable each outlet and head office to be able to sell gift vouchers as well as customers being able to purchase vouchers on the HWT website. Because HWT is a major supplier to bank reward programs the system needed to be able to process these orders in bulk or remotely through the mail house used by the programs.

The E Com system manages commissions and processing fees between head office and stores, processes payments with major customers and collects payments from online purchases. E Com's system easily manages the diverse banking arrangements of each franchise ensuring personalised payments into nominated accounts. Harvey World is free from having to freight vouchers to major customers with each order. E Com tracks and manages the card inventory of each location.
