E Com Industries are a specialist in the provision of Stored Value Solutions. E Com is a private company established in 1998 to provide payment processing services to the retail sector. This includes gift cards and online gift vouchers (see www.giftvouchers.com).
The company has expanded its services to include a wide range of payment solutions for over 80 retailers. With its strategic shareholder Security Mail (see www.secmail.com.au) E Com is able to provide a total processing and fulfilment service to large voucher and reward programs.
What we do
E Com provides proprietary solutions to travel companies, major retailers, relationship marketing companies, banks, online merchants and government.
Our key product Voucher Power uses magnetic strip cards to provide fast, automated and efficient processing of vouchers.
E Com solutions offer full integration, support, reporting and management.
E Com products operate on EFTPOS, Interactive Voice Response (telephone), Web and Point of Sale (POS) equipment.
